Just for one day, May 8, The Garden of Good Things is going to be part of the big Cozy The Day Away sale! Over a hundred books, all Cozy Fantasy, all on sale! Stock up on some cozy reads at https://cozyfantasysale.promisepress.org/all-the-books/ MORNING CAT Fun was had at the Sandhill Winery Artisan Spring Market. Thank you to everyone who came out to see me and to buy stuff. The ladybugs were a hit! And I sold some books too, which was great. What it says in the picture! Sandhill Winery on Richter Street (towards Knox Mountain), Artisan Spring Market, next weekend Sat & Sun. Come out and see all the cool stuff! I treated myself to @thesneakyartist Nishant Jain's book on making (sneaky) art. Picked it up around noon from @opusartsupplies, and had read it cover to cover a few hours later! I don't usually "read" art books (mostly look at them for inspiration), but this one is eminently readable. So encouraging and inspiring! Highly recommend! So I am - taa-daah! - letting out my inner Granny G'nome at the 4 Wands Faerie & Fantasy Fair in Sidney, BC, this weekend. Guess where we're going? I even got the T-shirt - ahead of time at a Value Village in Surrey (score!). It's a new book! Available today! New post on the blog: "Clay Palooza and Imposter Syndrome". On how being asked to be on the discussion panel at #Claypalooza triggered a big case of Imposter Syndrome, and what came of it.
