What a delicious looking loaf of bread! Is it a sourdough rye? I used to buy a German the at the German deli in Dundas- weighed probably at least a kilo, very dense. Tabitha called it “favorit” German bread. I have rarely found anything as good. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
It’s sourdough, but not rye. About 1/4 whole wheat. And yes, German sourdough rye is the best. Now I want some. 😁 LikeLike Reply
